Your main device records charges and automatically stores an encrypted copy in your own cloud folder (iCloud Drive on iPhone) — no server, no account, your data stays yours
Your companion device, for example a tablet, adopts that state on confirmation: analyse, print and export
Guided setup under “More → Use on multiple devices”; to keep your bookkeeping unambiguous, exactly one device records

Mark a vehicle as company car — all its charges count as business, including the ones your wallbox records automatically, and your employer report picks it up

Month-end lock: when switched on, charges before the previous month can no longer be edited, deleted or back-dated — voiding and rebooking stay possible
Booked the wrong car? Void a locked charge and rebook it to the right vehicle, with a trace in the audit log
